Instructions For PU Admission Test 2024

1. Questions will be based on concepts from Punjab Text Book Board textbooks.
2. Duration: 120 minutes.
3. Format: Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).
4. Options: Each question has four options (A, B, C, D) with one correct answer.
5. Filling Details: Test category, paper code, and roll number must be filled in bubbles on the Answer/Bubble Sheet.
6. Marking: No negative marking.
7. Prohibited Items: Calculators and electronic devices are not allowed.
8. Rough Work: Allowed on the question paper, not on the Answer/Bubble Sheet.
9. Answer Submission: Fill correct answers on the Answer/Bubble Sheet.
10. Writing Tool: Use a black ballpoint pen only; lead pencils and ink pens are not allowed.
11. Answer Integrity: Double/multiple attempts and cutting on the Answer/Bubble Sheet are not accepted.
12. Submission: Return the question paper and Answer/Bubble Sheet to the invigilating staff

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for the program include:

• Students who have successfully passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or an equivalent qualification at Grade 12 level.
• Students who have completed the final examination of HSSC or an equivalent qualification and are awaiting their results are also eligible to apply.

• Test Fee: PKR 2000/- (non-refundable and non-transferable)
• Fee Payment: Download Fee Challan from PU Admission Portal and pay at any HBL, UBL branch, or via Mobile Banking through 1Bill.
• Proof of Payment: Upload proof of payment on the portal to complete the application process.
• Engineering Programs: For B.Sc. (Engg.) programs at Punjab University, an entry test is mandatory as per PEC regulations. Acceptable scores: E-CAT (UET), NUST Test, PU-E, or PU-CSP.
• LLB Programs: Both LAT and PU Admission Test are mandatory.
• College of Art & Design: PU Undergraduate Admission Test and a separate Drawing/Aptitude Test are required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy Program (Pharm-D): MDCAT or PU(M) Admission Test is valid.
