Syllabus For PPSC Naib Tehsildar Jobs 2024
The Naib Tehsildar exam consists of two papers and an interview:
- Paper 1: English, Comprehension, and Composition (MCQs) with 100 marks.
- Paper 2: This includes Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies, General Knowledge (including Current Affairs, Everyday Science, and Urdu), making up 70% of the paper. The remaining 30% covers IT skills such as using basic software like MS Office, electronic record-keeping, internet, and email (MCQs), also totaling 100 marks.
- Interview/Viva Voce: This part is also worth 100 marks.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Naib Tehsildar positions, candidates must have a second division graduation degree from a recognized university. The positions are open to males, females, and transgender individuals with a domicile in Punjab. The posting can be anywhere within Punjab.
Age Requirements:
- Males: 21 to 28 years + 5 years relaxation = up to 33 years
- Females: 21 to 28 years + 8 years relaxation = up to 36 years
- Transgender: Age and sex will be based on the CNIC content.

To qualify, candidates must:
- Hold a second division graduation from a Higher Education Commission-recognized university.
- Be computer literate.
- Have at least 3 years of regular service as a Senior Clerk or Junior Clerk in the following departments:
