Candidates with 70% aggregate marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) from all regions of Pakistan, including Punjab, Sindh, KPK, AJK, Balochistan, and Gilgit-Baltistan, are eligible for open merit seats. Reserved seats are available for Balochistan and international applicants.
