Syllabus For PPSC Medical Officer (BS-17 )Jobs 2024
The written test for the Medical Officer positions consists of a single paper with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) worth 100 marks. It will last for 90 minutes. The test covers two main areas:
- Qualification-related Questions: About 80% of the test will focus on topics directly related to your qualifications.
- General Ability: About 20% of the questions will cover topics like Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, and basic Computer Studies.
To qualify, you need to score at least 40% marks. If you qualify, you’ll be invited for an interview, with five candidates being called for each available position. Negative marking applies, where 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer in the MCQ section.
